United Way Oakville

United Way - Oakville
Oakville has a lot to offer. It’s a great place to live, work, raise a family, go to school and more. Although Oakville is a strong and vibrant town, we have our share of challenges.

Did you know?
  • Over 26,000 people in Oakville live in poverty
  • Halton police officers responded to 3,983 incidents of domestic violence last year
  • 35% of 12-year-olds in Halton go to school hungry

As Oakville continues to grow and develop, United Way supports our community by enabling individuals and families to thrive and prosper. For over 50 years, United Way Oakville has worked together with citizens, business leaders, government, labour and other organizations to address and alleviate social challenges over the short and long-term.

No other organization has the same depth, reach and history of making a difference in the lives of others.
