This week you learned all about yourself in a number of different ways.  From personality tests, to games and discussions, to choices of different activities to participate in for the day of action, this week was really all about you!  On Thursday you worked on skills such as following instructions to build storage units, weeding and planting new seeds, interacting effectively with younger children and their parents, and creativity through designing your own bookmarks, thank you cards and creative rice krispie squares.  You were also provided with the opportunity to learn all about bike safety and even earned some hands on practice using your own bike.

This week the staff at Oak Park and SENACA were very appreciative of the thoughtful and creative gifts.  The Oak Park Neighbourhood Centre looks great with all of the little tasks that the big group of you were able to accomplish.
